Questionnaires:food and physical activity questionnaires

Health examination (weight, height, waist, hip, and blood pressure measurements, and body composition measurement using a dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) scan, samples of fasting blood, urine, fecal sample and adipose tissue) physical function test

Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)

Physical measures (wearing a physical activity monitor and complete a 7-day activity record)

Second round of health examination (2015 – ongoing):

Home health examination Uppsala (2012-2013):

one-day food diary with an invitation to participate in a health examination.
Health examination: weight, height, waist, hip, blood pressure measurement and body composition measurement using a bio-electrical impedance scale (Tanita, Tokyo, Japan), samples of fasting blood, urine, fecal sample and adipose tissue

Second round (2021 – ongoing)
same procedure as in the first round, but adding a cognitive interview and a DEXA scan for all participants at their visit.
